Carsten Pieper After having had much fun with their, well, shanty album Into the North, I have been set for a while to get another one by the Canadian Pogues (as I labelled them for myself). But long was/is the wishlist and hard the way to decision. So, after lengthy and serious pondering I decided to go for the debut. Good for me :-) Favorite track: Katie, Bar The Door.

Yuu Cracking good tunes! Really fun and energetic. Favorite track: Antarctica.

bakso For a first album of a Folk Punk band, this is a real banger (head-banger too).
And of course, who could forget the best song title ever. Favorite track: Mary, The One Eyed Prostitute Who Fought The Colossal Squid On The High Seas And Saved Us From Certain Death, God Rest Her One-Eyed Soul.
